Recently launched the RoadieXD™ delivery solution for enterprise senders, designed to enhance and scale same-day delivery operations through cross-docking and batch deliveries up to 100 miles.
My contributions included creating a comprehensive website landing page to showcase the product, developing internal sales enablement materials for both Roadie and UPS teams, drafting a blog post highlighting the benefits of cross-docking solutions for business expansion, and collaborating with the communications team to effectively convey product offerings in the press release.
Created product differentiation by positioning Roadie's same-day delivery capabilities as a unique software platform that enables enterprise businesses to grow and scale rapidly, improving website conversion rates by 3x ("Reach every customer with same-day delivery anytime, any size, anywhere.")
Work included building out customer personas, revamping the product solution's website page, and training customer facing teams on new talking points.
Increased the number of qualified sales leads by 2x within the 1st quarter of 2024 through the creation of an interactive calculator that enterprise customers can use to determine which Roadie product solutions would work best for them.
Work included developing a competitive analysis, and collaborating with UX design and product teams to create an interactive calculator.
Organically increased video views from an average of less than 100 per vid to an average of 200+ within my short tenure at the company.
Work included ideating and directing YouTube videos centered around product explanations and how-to guides.
Launched a public health awareness campaign with a VSC partnered company to incentivize consumers to get covid vaccinations in exchange for monetary prizes.
Work included building out copy for the campaign launch and email nurture campaign, which resulted 5k+ new app downloads within 2 months of launch.
I also helped craft the narrative behind the campaign which generated over 30+ news stories and over 1 billion views in media.
Conducted market research to determine product market fit for a number of VSC partnered stealth products / companies.
In addition to my fulltime duties at Roadie, I also serve as the operations chair for the company's Black employee resource group (ERG) where we hold events such as lunch & learns, volunteer ops, and career readiness seminars for Black employees and allies within the organization.
